Refund and Return Policy

1. General Policy

We hope you love every item you purchase from Kinntor. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

All return and refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date you received your order. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, bodysuits)
  • Swimwear
  • Accessories (e.g., earrings, masks)
  • Sale or discounted items

 

3. Return Process

  • Contact Us:
    Send an email to info@kinntor.com
    or contact us via Facebook Instagram/official channels within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • Approval:
    Once your return request is reviewed, our team will provide the return address and instructions.
  • Ship Back the Item:
    You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • Inspection:
    Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  • Refund or Exchange: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection. Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item has been approved.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receipt).
Provide photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

 

5. Refund Processing Time

After your return is approved and inspected, please allow 7–14 business days for your refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently offer size or item exchanges for products of equal value, subject to stock availability.
If your preferred item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
